... since I last made a post. So, how's it going? What's everyone up to?
Me? I'm going into my second week of Keto, along with alternating light beginner calisthenics and yoga. After wandering around Planet Comicon and feeling awful and sore for a few days afterward, I decided it was time to get serious about getting into better shape and taking care of myself. I'm even taking the time to learn proper meditation techniques (mental health is important, too!)*. Also finally put red filters on my phone and laptop at night - I know, I know: should've done that ages ago, but better late than never, right? - and I'm starting to notice a positive difference in my sleeping habits. Hubby came to the same conclusion for himself, though I haven't convinced him just yet to try meditation. He's also not thrilled with the idea of trying yoga, but he's at least willing to try it.
Aside from that, there's not a whole lot going on in my little world. So tell me: what's going on in yours?
