hey guys, the film course in my year at AIE have finished there animation they have been spending this whole year on, and they have submitted it to a contest in which they can win $500, basically All you have to do is hit the like button or watch it. its pretty amazing and i think they deserve it becasue most of my friends worked very hard on this. so share it around

well ships Yes, sure I'm up for it etc.

but characters no not at the moment, I'm dead sick of them. and they are in 3 projects down the track and I would die if i see another character anytime soon.

But BUT don't go awhh dam that sucks.
I will give it a try later down the track, just not right at the moment just sick to death about them.

- also you have any resources sites you have found for SGA that would be helpful for me in ships etc?

seems cool man, i might be able to do some team modeling for you, I'm afraid i cannot do animating, currently in a team of 15 animators working on a intensive 10 week project to submit for a movie festival.

but i can help you with some parts like modeling etc but will have to be in my spare time

I have legit Copy of Autodesk suit 2010 and I am currently studying professional game development in Art "eg. 3d" at the Aie in canberra australia.

I love that site and Turbosquid.com, I'm hardly ever away from them when working on SGNF. I've gotten Atlantis (low-poly) and the 302s&304s that way, but I haven't seen any sign of Wraith ships or decent Jumpers yet. Gotta check again, mind you... but yeah, those are the canon ships I still need

Yea, i might draw a few Halo related ones for the site, but there is a guy in my class who is absolutely amazing at drawing elites, he's doing sci-fi and their inspirations from real life....

Yea, recently we've been doing some experimentation with mudrock/tissue paper combinations but we pretty much do a range of stuff: 3D to Photoshop to plain drawing and painting with acrylic.. I prefer pencil drawings of people though....

Blade was pretty cool too, but I don't like it as much as Buffy/Angel. Blade is more serious and less witty, but still awesome in the other parts.
