$8000 Per Quarter! WTF!?
Ok So I moved down here to Phoenix Arizona for School (The Art Institute) and I went in to talk to the admissions lady and she gave me an estimated amount I'd have to pay after my schooling is over, and I was horrified to find that it would be a little bit less than $8000 Every 11 weeks of class. And It got me thinking, Should I actually go to the Art institute down here in Arizona. or should I move back up to Washington and just go to Community college. Cause while it doesn't have to same degree's that the Art institute has, it costs 10x less than the Art Institute. It just irritates me that it cost so damn much, and I'm not actually assured a job afterwords so I could be left unemployed just like my friend Nikki who went to that same school for Animation and they left her high-and-dry and without a job. So now even she has to get a shitty retail job instead of a career. That reminds me! With the way the economy is, now I'm afraid of what would happen if I finish school and no one wants to hire me cause they simply can't afford to. But since I'm going to school for Digital Film-making and that would most likely mean I'd have to work in Hollywood (though I wouldn't like it lol) and weirdly enough even during a recession they still find a way to make money.
