man, i screwed up. i played uncharted 2 on normal, so now i gotta beat it 2 more times. still worth playing through a couple of more times, eventually i hop i'll platinum it (i always had a tough time with the softening up enemies with gunfire then killing them with a single punch trophy from the 1st game)
That's just it; it's NOT getting fixed. IE is not supported so they don't care. The philosophy here is that if there is a problem using IE then switch to FF or some other compatible browser.
IE7 and IE8 are not supported by the site developers so I'm now FORCED to use Firefox. This is the only place where I have a problem with IE (anyplace else I just don't go to) and because I still kind of like it here, I have to either use FF or suffer issues and problems with IE. On top of it all, I don't really care for FF.
For what it's worth, I put in a suggestion in the 50+ forum for automatically expanding search queries that include 's into searching for that word without the 's. Not sure if anything'll come of it, though.
Yeah, the search function isn't always the greatest. It'll search the thread title and the first post's contents. It'll ignore any word smaller than 3 characters, and it'll look specifically for any word, so "Pixar's" is completely different from "Pixar". (Well, "Pixar" will search for "Pixar", and it'll include "Pixar's" in its results.
