Yeh I keep hoping for FIOS since Verizon is at least already here with DSL, but I don't imagine that will happen any time soon. The only thing that might help is that although I'm in a small town, it is a college town.

The reason I dont have it for Ammy is that it is simply that these extra perks require resources and as its a free league, they are hard to come by. That's why all bonuses go to Pro. I also want to see how required neutral works out in a smaller league first.

Neutral host does not eliminate much, and my main problem is the fact that you have to agree on the host. This will cause problems in the end. I will play neutral, but only if my team wants to or if its required (which it should be in Pro next season)

Well, it helps a lot that there's so many developers around the Bay Area (EA, Ubisoft, LucasArts). I'm signed up with a company that works for them. Every so often I get sent surveys that I have to fill out to see if I'm qualified. And then if there's room for the times I'm available, they'll invite me. Simple as that.
