Yeah, so here I am sitting in my cubicle while I should be working. I have this guy on hold right now...he refuses to hang up until he talks to my Supervisor. Well My supervisor has a hangover, what do you do. Anyway...To all you Cingular Customers out there. If you call Customer Care, don't be a dweebass. All the Reps hate you anyway, don't push it. Remember, we have access to your account and can fuck shit up royally.
I hate this job. Earlier this guy called in and complained that his phone wasn't charging. So I asked him if it was plugged in. He said I dunno hold on. I'm gonna get a flashlight. So I say Sir, why do you need a flashlight? Turns out his power was out......
Yeah that's how stupid people are. I wonder if Verizon employees have to put up with this. Anyway, It is our goal here at Blue Command to offer great customer service and I uh..hope that I've done that for ya today. If ya got any questions, go ahead and give us a call back and say, "Hey dude, I got questions man...what's goin on"
