Success!
Concert was AMAZING!!! Dane killed it. Robert Kelly was also there. I love listening to him when he's on Opie and Anthony so that was a treat. The very first guy to go on wasn't that great, but Bobby and Dane knocked it out of the park! After Dane finished his set, my friend Sully and I darted off to see if we could find where they were going to be. Dane then came back out to do an encore of sorts, and we were like, "Crap!" Before we went back to our seats, I wised up and decided to check the merch booth because Kelly said he would be there signing. We went over and got to hand with him for a couple of minutes. He's actually a really cool guy. Got my pic and his autograph. Then we went back to our seats for the rest of the encore.
After that we booked it to find the tour bus. Didn't take long, and Sully and I waited. After about 20 minutes, other people wised up and started to stand around with us. I didn't like that so many people showed up (probably around 25 or 30). We waited, and waited, and waited, and eventually the tour manager came out and said either 1)Dane would wave to us as they left 2) He would come out and do autographs 3)he would come out and do pictures. Luckily for us, he chose pictures.
When he finally came out, he only had 5 minutes to give. They were running late to get to the airport. Sully and I were in the front, of course, so we got our pic and left. Pretty awesome night if I do say so myself. Go to my images for pics of me with Robert Kelly, Dane Cook, and Daniel Tosh who Elizabeth and I went to see last week here on campus. Been a good two weeks.
