Squirrels...
...they are assholes. Plain and simple. I sat and watched 5 squirrels for about 45 mins climb across a tree, eating acorns and dropping them on unsuspecting people trying to enjoy the nice shade. Although I must commemorate the squirrel that leaped from one tree to another across a gap that spanned about 5'. This daring feat was entertaining to watch yet it still doesn't compensate for the fact he was dropping acorns on people. That said it was amusing to watch while the people tried to figure out what why and how things were falling next to them. One acorn fell within 3" of the unsuspected person. (they didn't noticed but still!) In short squirrels are jerks and there was one chipmunk who was freeloading and grabbing the acorns that fell. That's all. |
