Happy Birthday to me!
Yay! Happy Birthday to Me! It was my birthday today (or yesterday really, I do tend to stay up kinda late). I lazed around, played on the computer, then went to my parents house for a yummy birthday dinner! A few other family members came as well, which was really nice - sometimes it's kinda cool that we're all still in the same general city area. We had chicken cordon bleu, one of my favorites that my mom makes, and then brownies for dessert! YUM!
They gave me some cash to use toward the purchase of a new digital camera, so I might be able to realize that dream after all! The hard part will be figuring out WHICH camera to get. I was researching them quite vigorously a couple of months ago, and my head starting swimming with megapixels, zooms, and iso's. Blarg!
Anyway, speaking of digital cameras, I thought I'd share a neat image that I managed to capture the other day right after a horrendous rain/hail storm. A double rainbow! (and the house across the street - actually it's currently on the market if anyone is interested  )
I even got a day off from work - woo hoo!!
