What a terrible anime season.

I wasn't expecting much from this season to begin with but there were a couple of series I was looking forward to and a couple more I was planning on giving a shot.

First off was one I was SUPER excited about...for obvious reasons;

Beelzebub-What to say about this...Never in my life have I been so disappointed with something. Watching it honestly made my stomach upset. EVERY single part of this series was terrible. Words don't even explain it. First off Baby Be'l was horrible, he looked decent at first but even his design turned to shit by the end of the episode. He makes random and VERY ANNOYING noises all the time (towards the end of the ep my ears heart, and that is no exaggeration). The baby does not make noise very often but when it does it is ALWAYS a simple "Dah" and precisely because of that it's hilarious. And the story takes liberties like a slave trader, The things said in the few true to manga moments are completely different, the way things unfold...well you get the point Everything is no where near the manga and it's all trash. The only thing that seemed (for a second at least) decent was Hilda's voice, but that too turned that crap after 30 seconds of speech.

Beelzebub is truly the biggest disappointment I've ever seen and as such I will NOT be watching the second ep (or any thereafter).

Freezing-Can't say much about it right now, it was %49 stuff that never happened in the manga, %50 explaining stuff that we already knew from reading the manga and wouldn't care about even if we hadn't. The last %1 was them butchering our main heroines name. Since when is her last name Bridget? I just don't think her name survived very well. It started as English name put into a korean manwha, then was rearranged when it became a Japanese manga, and now that it's an anime they've tried to put it back into English form but mixed it up...Terrible. Anyways the only part of this that was actually in the manga was the bit about Kazuya mistaking Statllizer for his sister. However they made Kazuya WAY whinier than he was in the manga, he acts like a little boy. Yes he was a bit emotional in the manga but he still seemed like a man, not a 10 year old boy who misses taking baths with his sister.

The first episode was rough but the main characters seemed to be accurate, the art fit well, and there was plently of fan service (even if constantly forced and pretty boring...plus the whole near skin colored nipples are a little wierd). I think this will be a decent series starting next ep. Although this whole US Generals overseeing things and calling it a carnival seems a bit foreboding. It makes me thing there's going to be some strange ending where it was all set up by the government (the Novas) and the Pandoras will end up rebelling.

Infinite Stratos-I pretty much expected this to be a super generic waste of time. Man was I wrong, this show isn't just generic, It's like the script for this show and MANY others were all made from the same mad lib. Well putting being terribly generic and uninteresting aside it is watchable...so far...and may very well be the best shounen series of the season...THAT'S A SEVERELY DEPRESSING THOUGHT.

Merry Dream Eater-Again I wasn't expecting much. This series is drab, generic, and boring. Only thing I like about it was the Villains design.

The few series I haven't watched (haven't aired yet) but still have some hope for are these;

Is this a Zombie
Dragon crisis
I'm not expecting much from them, I imagine Zombie will be good for a few laughs. Dragon crisis will probably be another lame harem...the Dragon girl is exciting though.

I'm expecting Fractale to be interesting because the manga is, simple as that.

Level E...we'll I'll give it a shot.

Really a terrible season...Can't wait until Spring roles around, 12 series I'm excited for with more being revealed as we go. Series like Ao No Exorcist (WOOT!!!), Maria Holic 2, APPLESEED, DEADMAN WONDERLAND, MORE GINTAMA!!!. And others...

I wish people would actually read my posts... But I guess that's too much to ask for.

Sucks, doesn't it?

Now you know how I feel! All the info the person needs is like right there and yer sitting at your monitor going 'just READ the fucking thing already!' And people do this to me ALL the fucking time.

'That's too long, I'm not reading all that!'

And then proceed to assume they know what's in the post and then they start asking stoopid questions or talking shit when they don't have the slightest fucking clue because of their very own ignorance. Yes, I know I have D of the word processor myself, and the only reason that's a problem for posters like us is because people are too lazy to read the whole thing.

Normally I do read through all of what a person is saying, but in this case, I thought I'd return the favor just once because you didn't seem to know or understand how it felt when you were doing the EXACT same thing to ME!!!

But, considering the fact you hate it, my guess is, it happens to you all the time as well and the only advice I can offer here is the golden rule, and the anti-golden rule.

So if you don't do it to others, then maybe they won't do it to you and will actually give you enough respect to READ all the words you took the time to put down instead of skimming over and then bitching at you later because it's too long or they don't understand what you are saying.

IOW:

WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM??? [/Kamina]

[Uncle from Jackie Chan Adventures] One Mooooooore thing:

Don't let the 'mystery' in the name fool you, Marvel's products work very well, and the ambiguity in their products title is more of a leftover throwback from back in the 20's and 30's when their product first hit the market, and it was back during the era of the snake oil salesman and such.

It's really just petroleum products and mineral oils and various additives(I'd have to look up the exact formula, but you get the idea), and is the ideal solution for un-sticking gummed up throttle bodies and cleaning out hydraulic systems. When I was working at Uh-Oh zone, I can't count the number of times experienced techs would tell me they'd use it themselves, which I'd then start recommending to other customers when they'd ask me, and then they'd come back raving about how well it worked.

I know it seems a bit counter intuitive at first, but the shit works miracles for auto transmissions. Like I said though: Just don't leave it in too long or it'll start eating away at the seals themselves. You need it in there just long enough to eat away the deposits on the internal components and clean the metal and help condition the seals a bit better. A little contact with rubber is good, but more than a few days to a week of daily driving and repeated use and it starts to deteriorate.

Not to mention it begins to break down the hyrdualic fluid itself on the cellular level, giving you the ideal mechanical state after a few days for a full 12 quart flush with the cooler lines disconnected and the motor running. A traditional A/T service tends to leave these deposits behind if they aren't broken up first before being flushed and MMO is strong enough to break it up, but gentle enough to ride around inside it for a few days first without hurting anything.

It also works wonders for un-sticking hydraulic lifters right before an oil change!

Hey fellow Gantz fan! Clicked my favorite 'Summer Wars' to see who else was interested, was somewhat surprised to see someone I knew within the first 3 listed. Seems to be the only movie you have listed, but that's understandable. It's on a pretty high level of awesome.

Hey, did you hear already about tonights Monday night lunar eclipse, it is supposed to be a full eclipse of the moon, I am not totally sure when it is supposed to be visible for all of us here in the central time zone, but I think it is supposed to begin around 11pm "approx" first the moon will turn sort of orange and then go black, and it will be a long time before it comes back out again, it will be cool.

info about the eclipse can eb read here...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/December_2010_lunar_eclipse

I need a new Manga to read and I thought you would be a good person to ask lol.

Do you know any dark/mysterious mangas with a good story that are completed? Examples of ones I loved are Higurashi, Umineko, Bokurano, Eternal Sabbath, Ludwig Kakumei, Parasyte, D. Gray Man.

I'm trying not to rage as hard as I can lol.

The first season of Higurashi is basically trying to give you a chance to figure out everything on your own, the second season explains what the hell is going on and concludes everything. It's so epic.

Umineko isn't as great as Higurashi but it's still good.

WUT. The first 3 parts of Jojo was the best ever. But then it started to get a little repetitive.

And yes it is Eternal Sonata/Trusty Bell lol. I loved that game.
