Western Fair: It's a Whole Lotta Fun!
Took Jen to the fair today. It was pretty good. Not the best they've ever had, but I think that may just be because everything seemed so much bigger and more exciting when I was a kid. It was still a great day, though. We rode the Ferris wheel and the Himalaya (it's like this kind of trainish thing that goes in a circle really fast. It's a fun time,) but other than those, we didn't really do the ride thing. Played lots of games, though and won her some plush toys/teddy bears, etc. I got her this one Care Bear thing she really likes. We checked out the homes shows and that kind of thing...pretty much the only part of the fair we didn't check out were the agricultural pavilions and all that. Usually I do go and see the horses and stuff, but we just didn't go over that way. Still, lots of fun. Very good day.
