Dodge ProblemsI was driving through the mud this morning with a couple of friends and had the water pump seize on the Dodge; thereby throwing the serpentine belt and stopping all other power assist functions at 60 mph; i.e. power steering, power brakes, alternator ect. Its a damn good thing I'm so used to driving older vehicles without power steering or brakes or I'd be upside-down in a ditch and even more pissed off. Luckily its a diesel with an electric fuel pump or i wouldn't have made it back into town. But I still had to crawl it back home with the engine overheating and alarms screaming. Hopefully I didn't do any damage to the rings, valves or cylinders during the journey back...
