FAA I think it is. Usually he refers to is as a "commercial" license rather than its acronym.

How much did you spend in getting your helicopter license? I've always wanted to get a helicopter license, but didn't think I could afford it.

wow dude rotary eh that shit is crazy. i just got my commercial fixed wing is it true that if you have an engine failure you point the helicopter steep nose down to get the blades moving then pull back when your like 50 feet from the ground?
